Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using LawnBid ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LawnBid is a mobile-first quoting tool for lawn care professionals. It provides property measurement, pricing calculation, quote generation, and business analytics features.

3. Anonymous Data Collection

By using LawnBid, you grant LawnBid Data LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to collect and use anonymized, non-identifiable operational data including property measurements, pricing data, quote outcomes, and property complexity ratings for the purposes of generating market intelligence, improving our services, and creating data products.

We do not collect: client names, client contact information, full property addresses, your business name, or any personally identifiable information as part of our anonymous data collection.

We do collect anonymously: property area in square feet, perimeter measurements, complexity ratings, pricing data, quote outcomes (accepted/declined), and geographic region at the zip code prefix level (first 3 digits only).

4. Subscription and Billing

LawnBid offers Free, Pro ($19/month), and Team ($39/month) subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. The Pro and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings screen in the app. If you are charged and request a refund within 7 days of your first charge, contact us at grove.winwin@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LawnBid only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the pricing formula, resell access to the Service, or use the Service to collect data on behalf of a third party without our written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The LawnBid software, pricing formula, and brand are the intellectual property of Win Win Lawn Care and Rental LLC. The anonymous dataset collected through the Service is the intellectual property of LawnBid Data LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

LawnBid is provided "as is." We are not liable for any business decisions made based on quotes generated by the Service. Quote prices are estimates based on your configured settings and should be verified against your actual costs.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
