What We Collect
Account information: Your email address and password (encrypted) to provide access to the Service.
Business settings: Your company name, phone, and formula settings stored in your account.
Quote data: Quotes you create are stored in your account and are only accessible to you.
Anonymous operational data: Property measurements (square footage, perimeter), pricing data, and quote outcomes are collected anonymously — stripped of all identifying information — and used to generate market intelligence. See our Terms of Service for full details.
What We Never Collect
- Client names, phone numbers, or email addresses
- Full property addresses
- Your business name in anonymous data
- Payment card information (handled entirely by Stripe)
- Location tracking or device identifiers
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the LawnBid service
- To process your subscription through Stripe
- To generate anonymous market insights
- To send service-related emails (account confirmation, billing)
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security ensuring only you can access your account data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and we never store card information.
Data Retention
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting grove.winwin@gmail.com. Anonymous market data that has already been aggregated cannot be deleted as it contains no identifying information.
